Resume Writing Call – we make the 1st attempt (rough draft) at putting together all the building block documents together. Rough Draft of resume reviewed and edited by client, and now we review and make revisions together.  

Resume Writing Call – Final Draft Call,  Resume reviewed and edited by client and now we are looking at it together and making final changes. 

Resume completed and moving on to linkedin profile optimization and re-branding yourself. Showing you where you can get the Linkedin Profile Optimization Document

Definitions and Process Flow 

Complete the building block documents for resume writing. 

    • There are four main building block documents 
      • Initial Intake: Fill out intake document and personality asseessment for career discovery and self-awareness 
      • Results from your job search: Conduct initial job search and document it on the best-fit position document   
      • Write out your company overview – Fill out the the company overview document
      • SCAMPI: Fill out the SCAMPI Resume writing document. 

The Resume Building Coaching Calls: Discussion on resume and career goals, review answers to building block documents, provide insights into your future career, and provide next steps on resume writing

  1. (V1 – ROUGH DRAFT): Coach Dave rewrites the content from the previous resume into the best templapte for the position you are looking for and starts the process of crafting the resume based on the building blocks to get more interviews.  Afterwards, sends an email to the client to receive initial feedback.
  1. (V2 – FINAL DRAFT): Implement final feedback and craft final version to send to client

 RESUME REVIEW CALL – Review of the work we have done so far, discussion on your linkedin profile optimization, schedule the next call for the linkedin profile if desired.  Afterwards, go to the resume and make edits and improvements. 

Resume completed and option to move on to linkedin profile optimization, if you want to move forward,  Coach Dave will show you where you can get the Linkedin Profile Optimization Document   

  1. 30 MINUTE OPTIMIZE LI PROFILE CALL: Coach Dave meets with you 1-1 to optimize LI profile with new resume. LI optimization checklist must be filled out prior to meeting up. 

Resume is completed in one to two weeks based on how fast you can complete the documents and availablity to get on calls.

A DONE-FOR-YOU SERVICE

This includes Four 1:1 Live 60-minute Resume Building Coaching sessions.

Call One – Understanding your personality strengths using the Myers Briggs assessment, reviewing your career goals, taking an inventory of your skills, and personal branding

Call Two – Reviewing your best-fit positions, performing market research on the companies and positions, comparing your resume to those positions.

Call Three – Using the SCAMPI resume writing framework to craft quantifiable metrics from your experience, projects, and accomplishments.

Call Four – I put together the information gathered from the previous calls and present to you a rough draft of the resume in the best-fit template for your desired position.

We collaborate and make edits together, and then I send you a final draft.

Resume is completed in Two Weeks.
