Hi! I’m Dave March, a Career Coach, Resume Writer, and Innovative entrepreneur.
To people just getting to know me, they think I am a career therapist. To people who are familiar with my work, I am a marketer of Technical skills and personality. If you ask me, I am an artist who empowers others to take up the brush and design a life that is meaningful for them.
ABOUT DAVE MARCH
After going through over 350 hours of training and instruction from iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) with a concentration on career coaching and career transition, enough hours to become a Master Certified Coach (MCC) according to the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Personally coaching hundreds of clients, and writing a book that is now in its 3rd edition, Vision In Action.
Working as a recruiter in both a staffing agency setting and an internal/corporate setting for the last 6 years. Writing well over 200 resumes and getting people countless numbers of interviews and job offers.
I put together all the insights and ideas that have helped people over the years in a simple-to-follow, career action plan document.

Learn More About Coach Dave March
I am also a certified MBTI practitioner from the Center for Applications of Psychological Type (CAPT), and I have studied in the fields of Industrial and Organizational Humanistic psychology, positive psychology, and personality psychology.
I am a multi-faceted man of many interests and I have studied and taken advanced training in psychology, marketing, sales, product management, holistic health and wellness practices, philosophy, and various world religions such as Buddhism.
I am an avid gardener and enjoy growing tropical, medicinal, and culinary plants from seed.
I draw a lot of wisdom from nature, Taoism, and Buddhism
I am a big fan of live music and going to concerts, love to dance, and play all kinds of hand percussion instruments such as Doumbek, Djembe, Bongos, and Congas.
